Hello and Welcome to It’s the BLOOM.  I am so pleased you landed here.  I have always had a love for flowers and plants, and it saddened me to have to do away with my flowers after the drying phase.  I started uses dried florals, herbs, and plants in my body products and bath water.  In 2013, I made Body Butter and Body Scrubs as Christmas gifts for close friends and family.  The products were a hit and since then, people have continued to inquire about when I will make more.  Finally, after a long and drying winter of 2020-2021, I could not seem to find a product to give my skin that super smooth and moisturizing feel that I craved.  My skin, and my child’s skin were in need of some serious hydration.  Most exfoliants contained ingredients I couldn’t pronounce and most lotions were water-based and ineffective.  At this point, I decided that I needed to return to what was tried and true, my own body butters and scrubs.  I combined my love for florals and their healing properties, with my love (and need) of natural butters and oils…and there we were…BLOOMing.  The softness, the glow, and the sheer joy instantly became something I wanted to share.

Sure, there are a ton of beauty products to choose from out there – trust me we know, we are self-proclaimed product junkies.  In being that way, we’ve learned what really works and what doesn’t over the years.  We needed to arrive at a product fit for the whole family – because if your family is anything like ours, everyone shares the good stuff and usually have somewhat similar skincare needs.

 

We look to nature to resolve skin care issues, as we genuinely believe everything we need can indeed be found in nature. We have sourced quality, mostly organic essential orders, nut butters, carrier oils, oats, & flower buds/petals to provide the best, handmade products you can find.  We are sticklers for fine ingredients; therefore, we promise to always deliver what we expect – High Quality Skincare with a very short ingredient list.  Currently our products have a shelf-life of 4 – 5 months when stored in a cool, dry location.  No preservatives, no additives, and no playing around with our customers skin!
