SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping options, rates and arrival times...

  • The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.

  • Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding stat holidays.

  • We aim to have your order processed, packed, and shipped with the first two days of purchase.

  • For faster delivery, upgrade your shipping method, but note: not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

  • We are adhering to federally regulated COVID-19 Guidelines

Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to please, however, we do not issue refunds on body products at this time.  Products are made to order and have a 3-5 month shelf life when stored in a cool or room temperature area. 

 

If something out of the ordinary has occurred, such as a broken vessels, we will assess the situation and compensate or exchange accordingly.  Photos of damage are required.

Please read the ingredient list thoroughly.  We are not responsible for any reactions to the products.   If you have an allergy to flowers please shy away from our floral scrubs. Please consult your physician prior to use.

 

 We will find a new way to BLOOM with you - in a hypoallergenic fashion in the future.
